We specialise in top-end student accommodation in Worcester.

We recognise that students want a home rather than just a house.

We have been in the student lettings market for over 10 years so we know what students want - a safe and comfortable home.

We like to resolve any problems that arise as quickly as possible and we have many contacts after such a long time in the industry to help achieve this.

Student Shac is a member of the National Landlords Association.

We are always available to meet and chat to tenants.   We offer a prompt maintenance service and have a lot of experience with student lettings. We take pride in the student homes we offer and work hard to maintain a high level.

Administrators

Janet and Russel help Peter in the office with viewings, paperwork and emails. They work Monday to Friday and are friendly and efficient.  We will always help you.

Maintenance

Many of the team have worked with Student Shac for over 10 years. Contractors are always cheerful and ready to help.   They are all local tradesmen who we have trusted relationships with.   We have a great maintenance team for all Student Shac homes.
