Please email maintenance so we can pass it on to the relevant tradesmen quickly. All replies are sent to all house mates so everyone knows what is happening. Please put your name, house number and if relevant bedroom in the subject bar.
We like to carry out maintenance on a continuous basis so all reasonable requests will be actioned. Please tell us about maintenance issues, you are not bothering us.
Emails are monitored by more than one person all the time. If it is urgent please put Urgent in the subject bar with your mobile underneath for an out of hours call back. Your red house folder clearly states what to do if there is an emergency.
All maintenance issues should be emailed so all tenants can be kept informed and so we have a written record to pass onto the relevant tradesperson. A photo helps us bring the correct tools and order the necessary parts. A photo saves a great deal of time.
